House Hunting

We've been doing a bit of house hunting around and on Sat. we looked at this great home in Spanish Fork.This is the view looking off the front porch. We really liked the neighborhood.

Here's a view looking north. The house faces south, which is good because the snow will melt off the front walk.

Here's a view of the kitchen. It doesn't have a fridge. So if we decided to buy it we would need to buy a fridge, which would be sort-of fun.

Here's the family room, which is what you see as you walk in the front door. The kitchen and family room are all one big great room. The corner fireplace is great.

We'll see what happens, but we like the house a lot. It's about the same size as our Enterprise house except you just add that gigantic basement and another garage. Some people would need a finished basement, but we don't. I like the idea of having it unfinished for now. It would be great for kids to be able to play down there and mess it up all they want. It will also be great for storage. These pictures didn't show it, but there are two other bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor in addition to the master bed and bath. There's also a good size laundry room just off the garage.
